This is something that I am trying to work on myself. So, we can make efforts together and offer suggestions.
It is important to exercise in order to improve your mood, digestion, and circulation; strengthen your bones and muscles; and get your lymph system going (The lymph system cleanses your body, but only when you move). Exercise is important for weight loss. It’s one of the ways your body will use the fat that is in storage if you are overweight.
For women who are having troubles getting going, you may want to have a look at the body clutter section of flylady. Walking is an easy and free way to start.
