It’s always good to gather your strength from doing something simple to start like walking around the block twice. Your body is now ready to increase the intensity.
Now, you need to run around the block four times. Don’t overdo it, just do what you can. Walk part of the way or just jog if you have to. But, increase your efforts.
This will increase your heart rate and make it stronger, start burning more fat, and help your immune system to be stronger. We all need to up the workouts occasionally. And, now it’s time again. Do it, you’ll feel great about yourself.
