Trampolines Help Your Lymph System

Trampolines are a great way to exercise. They are easy and cost efficient. You can put a mini trampoline in your front room and jump on it lightly while you have a conversation, listen to music or watch a show.

Five minutes of lightly jumping on a mini-trampoline is equal to the benefits of having run one mile. Your lymph system, which cleanses your body of toxins only moves and works when you do. Therefore, it’s good to also move your arms and legs while jumping.

You have to be careful to not overdo it though or you could get a headache. Whenever you get your body moving like that, toxins can be released into your blood stream and lead to a headache.  It’s important to drink water before and after your first 10-minute workout.

For a weak or invalid person who needs the benefits of exercise but is unable, there is still a way to use a trampoline. Have the person sit or lay on the trampoline. Then, have another person do the jumping. This will help the weak person to get the lymphatic exercise they need and improve their health.

For weight lifters, using your weights while jumping on a trampoline adds a force of gravity that makes your workout a lot more effective.  For someone who is having troubles with their sense of balance, many trampolines come with a bar to hold on to.

Here is a site that has some excellent information and savings on some awesome mini-trampolines.
