Walking Around the Block Twice

Exercise block joke is a block that you put on the floor and walk around twice.You may be very overweight, or you may be a couch potato or computer buff. But if you care at all about your life and health, you will get up and start exercising. Your immune system will improve, your risk of diseases will lessen, and you’ll feel happier.

Just take that first baby step, do something simple, get out and walk around the block twice. It will give you a sense of accomplishment that you finally did something even if it was minimal. And, tomorrow, you can do it again. Little by little, you can add more effort to your repertoire.
