This blog/website is to help you have better health, lose weight, get inspired, exercise, and enjoy recipes. I will be adding new posts and be available to answer questions and help you with your concerns. You can share helpful information and recipes also.

I  advocate a plant-based diet  (animal products to only be used sparingly). And, I have a lot of information on how to prevent and reverse disease.

I will include exercise tips and information and share my inspirations with you.

    This is very good information and fun to read. So glad to hear from you again. I have learned a lot from you in the past and know I can learn a lot more. There is a lot of very good information and recipes here, which I appreciate. I want to be sure not to miss anything that you post, so this is important so I get everything. I appreciate it and thank you again for all that you have taught me. I’m still working on losing weight and am determined to get the problem conquered someday.
