Better Health During Weight Loss
Well, I got a call from Leslie B., who took my Maximum Weight Loss class. She is excited about losing 14 lbs. Her husband has lost 10 lbs. In addition, she finds that it is easy to maintain. Since our March 2011 class, she has cheated a lot from having various family celebrations and events. But, for the most part, she and her husband have been following the diet in spite of their crazy schedule.
She is really happy that she no longer has acid reflux, feels more energy, and sleeps better. Her husband is no longer snoring and has been able to lower his blood pressure to normal within three weeks. She enjoys the better health during weight loss that she and her husband are experiencing. She is so excited and wants to tell everyone about it.
They are just keeping it really simple. One night, she will make potatoes and vegetables. Another night, they will have brown rice and vegetables. Then, for variety, they will have a bean soup on another day. They try to stay away from breads and desserts and only have two fresh fruits a day, along with drinking water as the beverage.
Good going Leslie!!! I will look forward to seeing you at my July Maximum Weight Loss Lecture/Cooking class. I hope you can convince your son, so that he can lower his blood pressure too and keep his weight down permanently.
